Scroll or drag down to push the plunger. How fast you push is how fast it goes in.
Walk: WASD or drag; hold Shift (or push the stick past its ring) to run. In first person, click the view to look
with the mouse (Esc frees it); on a phone, the left half of the screen walks and the right half looks.
Hands: left click is the left hand, right click the right hand, each toward the centre of the view. Q takes with your dominant hand (Settings), or the other one when it is full.
Hold R for equipment: point or scroll, then release to select. Your stethoscope, pen torch and notepad are always available unless the case withholds them. Picked-up tourniquets, unused cannulas and Guedel airways can be put away in four pocket slots. Selecting stored equipment uses a free hand, or swaps the dominant hand’s item into storage if it fits. Put bulky equipment down first. The notepad lists your findings (hold R or Esc closes it). When the case ends the game carries on; press B (or the Review chip) for the debrief, and B or Esc to go back to the bay. On touch screens, hold a hand button to open the same inventory.
Hold your dominant hand on a pulse or the skin to feel; hold the other on a limb to lift it. The stethoscope listens at the chest, the pen torch lights the eyes. Hold Z (right hand) or Shift+Z (left hand) for that hand's options: point or scroll, then release to select, or tap and use arrows or 1-8 and Enter; Esc to close.
On a phone: tap a hand's ⋯ for its options, or long-press a hand button for what you wear. Hold a hand on the patient with both hands empty, for compressions. Hold E (or Pass, or a long press on a colleague) to pass what you hold.
B: review the case once it has ended. C: your own eyes or the room view. L: lift it now. M: read SpO₂ and pulse. F: close-up. X: wipe your face. Scroll: push the plunger. Open the same ?room= link in another tab to play together.
